Stranger than fiction

I was out walking around the back of my pickup truck last week at work and noticed a horizontal icicle under the bumper. I took a couple pictures with my Blackberry (photo below and inset). I have seen icicles going at an angle from strong winds but not like this. I am surprised it had not broken off from the bumpy roads. Also, it appeared to be only one water drop in diameter.

Two weeks until the time change - Spring shortly after that....
