Happy Birthday
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Bonnie
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Bette
Bonnie I wish this could be a more joyous day for you this year.
Jaime, jenny did her best to make my birthday as cheerful as she could. It certainly was a different birthday, and the kind I may never grow use to....but my friends did their best. I missed calling Bette on that day. That's one of the things I miss most, just calling for no good reason to hear what she was up to. My friend Mindy made me a wonderful lunch of shrimp in tomatoes and garlic bread and scratch brownies for dessert, and a cute Moose for a gift. And from Jane I received the new tacky gift of 2009 {it used to be the chia pet}, an animal print snuggie for all those chilly days in front of the TV that we use to generate heat. Jenny, made for me for dinner, a sirloin steak with a big baked potatoe and asparagus and key lime cake for dessert. So I certainly ate well that day. Jenny also paid for my eye exam as a gift, those opticians know how to pick out the right gift. All in all a different kind of birthday. My friends did their bestk,but still a sad day, I miss Bette so much and I cry all the time....can't help it.
