Congratulations to Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona Winner Ryan Dalziel

This is the first Grand Am Race I have watched without Bette. It was bittersweet without Bette... Drivers we know did very well. If you are reading this Ryan, Andy, and Spencer I know Bette was looking down on you, rooting for and helping all she could.

Today's Daytona 24 hour race overall and Daytona Prototype (DP) class was won by the
Action Express Racing team. Bette and I know one of the drivers of the team - Ryan Dalziel. Here is a link to Ryan:

And Ryan's web site:

Here is a bad photo of me and Ryan.

Below is a photo of Bette with Ryan during practice for last years 24 hour race.

Below is a photo of Bette and Andy Lally who came in third in the GT class driving for the TRG team.

Here is a link to Andy's Grand Am web page:

Andy also captured Two Poles for Street Luge World Final in Australia. And here is Andy's web page:

I don't want to forget Spencer Pumpelly who came in 9th in the GT class driving for TRG. Here is a photo of Bette and Andy and Spencer in the background (sorry Spencer I could not find a better photo, I know I have some somewhere). This was taken at Mid Ohio a couple years ago.

Here is Spencer's Web pages:

Congratulations to everyone that competed in the race, The drivers, the crews, and owners - you are a rare breed... and all are winners just getting to compete at that level.
